Cancellation Policy

We strive to offer a flexible and accommodating experience for all our clients. Please read the following details regarding our refund and cancellation policies. 1. Styling Sessions Cancellation Policy: Clients must cancel or reschedule their styling session at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made within this window will receive a full refund. Failure to cancel within 24 hours will result in a forfeit of the session fee. Rescheduling Policy: You may reschedule your session at no cost if you provide at least 24 hours' notice. If you request to reschedule within 24 hours of the appointment, we will attempt to accommodate your request based on availability, but we cannot guarantee it. No-Show Policy: If you do not attend your scheduled appointment and fail to provide 24 hours' notice, you will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling. 2. Product Purchases via Third-Party Links Returns and Exchanges: Any product purchases made through third-party affiliate links are subject to the return and refund policies of the respective retailer. Linnie's does not handle returns, exchanges, or refunds for third-party purchases. We recommend reviewing the retailer’s policies before making a purchase. 3. Service Satisfaction We aim to provide the highest level of service and satisfaction during our stylist sessions. However, if you are not satisfied with your experience, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment. While we cannot offer refunds for completed sessions, we will work with you to address any concerns and ensure a positive outcome. 4. Payment Methods We accept major credit cards and online payment methods. All payments must be made in full at the time of booking to secure your stylist session. If a payment is declined, your session will not be confirmed until payment is successfully processed.
