Cancellation Policy
Personal Shopper Service – Terms & Conditions By booking our Personal Shopper Service, you agree to the following terms: 1. Service Scope & Availability Our stylist strives to find the best pieces for you, but we cannot guarantee the availability of specific brands, styles, or sizes. 2. Shopping & Online Recommendations If an item is unavailable in stores, the stylist may suggest alternative options or online shopping recommendations for the client to order directly. The stylist is not responsible for shipping, returns, or delays related to online purchases. 3. Returns & Exchanges The stylist will handle returns or size exchanges if permitted by the store. Any restocking fees or store credit refunds are the client’s responsibility. Final sale or non-refundable items cannot be returned. 4. Payments & Budget Full payment for the service is required before the session begins. No services will be provided until payment is received. Clients cover all shopping costs (clothing, accessories, and taxes). A deposit may be required if the stylist pre-purchases items on behalf of the client. 5. Unforeseen Issues The stylist is not responsible for price changes, discontinued items, or store closures. Delays due to weather, inventory issues, or external factors will be communicated, and alternative solutions may be suggested. 6. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations within 24 hours of a scheduled consultation or fitting may incur a cancellation fee. Rescheduling requires at least 24 hours' notice to avoid additional charges. 7. Client Expectations & Final Decisions The stylist provides expert recommendations, but final purchasing decisions rest with the client. The stylist is not responsible for a client’s change of mind after purchases are made. By booking this service, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
